Welcome to Heart of Hands Home Care (HOHHC), a veteran and family-owned agency dedicated to providing customized care to clients on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Founded in 2012 by Matthew Moucha and his wife Bea, HOHHC was inspired by their personal journey when Bea's father suffered a stroke, and they struggled to find quality home care in the Grasonville area.
Driven by their experience, Matthew, a retired Navy veteran, and Bea established HOHHC committed to delivering the compassionate, high-quality care they wanted for their own family. Today, HOHHC upholds these values, ensuring that every client receives the exceptional care they deserve.
Leah Foxwell and Caley Davis expertly manage the daily operations and care coordination at HOHHC. They work tirelessly to meet each client's unique needs. Our dedicated team serves Talbot, Queen Anne’s, Caroline, and Dorchester Counties, offering a wide range of personalized services tailored to individual needs.
We proudly accept private pay clients and Long-Term Care insurance. Additionally, we collaborate closely with the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) waiver program and support brokers to provide adults with disabilities with the specialized care and support they require.
At HOHHC, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our clients through compassionate, individualized care. Whether you need personal care, companionship, homemaker services, or specialized support, our experienced caregivers are here to help.
Thank you for considering Heart of Hands Home Care as your trusted partner in care.
